What is the difference between each of the paper types?
Satin fine art paper - This is a 260 g/m2 weight paper with a soft sheen that mimics the look of oil or acrylic originals. It enables the reproduction of vivid, true-to-life colors, rich blacks and sharp details.

Matte fine art paper - This professional quality matte paper provides a matte finish similar to traditional lithographic prints. The heavyweight 270g/m2 paper also features an image permanence rating of greater than 100 years indoors.

Watercolor paper - This 100% cotton, acid-free paper delivers long-lasting prints, and truly captures the look and feel of watercolor originals. 255 g/m2 weight.
What are archival pigment based inks?
Archival pigment based inks deliver an unmatched combination of outstanding image quality and over 200 years print permanence on a range of media. You also get a wide color gamut, rich black density and true gray neutrality.
Why do the colors on the print I received vary slightly from what I see onscreen?
We have made every effort possible to present our prints in the most accurate manner, with high quality digital images and color matching. The color of the product you receive should closely match what you see on your screen. Nevertheless, the Internet as a medium is challenged to convey a standardized color/hue due to the variance in the manufacturer, settings, and age of monitors; screen images even differ by computer platform.
